Courses are offered for children in kindergartens, primary and secondary school children, with the assistance of qualified personnel.

The ways of oranges: In principle, it involves a description of the stages in the cultivation of a citrus orchard: the planting, placing a dwelling, grafting, pruning, the thin, irrigation, weeding. Briefly, the concepts of rational fertilization, up to the phases of the collection are set out. Guests will be shown the tools (from the ancient to modern) used and become familiar with their uses. Guests watch a video that show the stages of production from harvesting to the packaging for shipment.

Environmental path: Guests are allowed to wander around the school trails, crossing the area devoted to medicinal plants and shrubs where ways to recognize the smells, colours, smells, touch, taste (the game of the senses) plants and flowers are explained. Then they can go to the farm to see the animals out to pasture and to milk the cows and sheep. The ways by which cheese is derived from the milk is explained.

Botanical visit: Guests can stroll at the park of Roccadia to see the collection of local and sub-tropical plant specimens. The plants are listed by scientific name, common name and some information about their uses.

Visit to the dairy farm: (It is located outside the company and is not within walking distance) Guests can watch the stages of cheese production and the preparation of ricotta.

The education is determined by age of the visitors: for reasons of time one can not have all the programs on the same day, so there is a need to define the direction of the program chosen.

These visits include lunch (pasta, a main course with ice cream and soft drink) at a price of 13.00 euros per person or, more simply, pizzas and a drink (or pasta and drink) at a price of 7.00 euros per person, or the input only at a price of 4.00 euros, the visit provides driving services.
