The Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia, based in Carlentini (SR) in Contrada Roccadia, VAT _____________, owns the www.roccadia.com website. The initiative is the Distance Selling reserved for clients of roccadia.com website. In accordance with Art. 50 and following of D.L.vo. n. 206/2005, General Sales Terms are described here below.

Terms of Sell

The contract between Tenuta Roccadia and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Tenuta Roccadia. This acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client. Making an order the manner provided, the Customer declares to that you have read all information provided to him during the purchase procedure and fully accept the General Sales Terms and payment conditions transcribed below. The Customer, once concluded  the online purchase procedure, shall print or save an electronic copy and keep General Sales Terms and payment conditions, following the requirements of Art. 50 and seq. Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 on  the Distance Selling.

Terms of purchase

The customer can only purchase products as present and described in the relevant information forms on the electronic catalog of the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia at the moment when the order is made and viewable online at (URL) http://www.roccadia.com. It is intended that the picture accompanying the description of a product can not be fully representative of its particular characteristics but can differ in color, size and accessories. All support information for purchase is intended as a general information, not due to real characteristics of a single product. The correct order is confirmed by Tenuta Roccadia through an e-mail sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and the time of order execution and a "Customer Order Number" to be used in any further communication with the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia. The message will include all information entered by the customer who agrees to verify its correctness and to communicate promptly any corrections, as described in this document. In the case of non-acceptance, Tenuta Roccadia guarantees to send a prompt notice to the customer.

Right  of  Order Cancellation

In accordance with art 64 and 65 of DLvo 206/2005, if the customer is a private client (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), he has the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide any explanation and without any penalty, except for the types of products for which this is expressly excluded (cfr. art. 55 DLvo 206/2005) and except cases as informed in the section 17. To exercise this right, the customer must send to the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia a notice about his intention within 14 working days from the date of goods receiption. Such notification must be sent by a registered mail letter with the reception acknowledgment, addressed to  AgriturismoTenuta Roccadia, Contrada Roccadia, 96013 Carlentini (SR) or by e-mail sent within the same period of 14 days followed by a confirmation made by a registered letter with the reception acknowledgment which MUST be sent within the following 48 hours. Once received an order cancellation notice, the Customer Service of the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia will promptly send the customer all instructions on goods return, that must reach the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia within 10 days from the authorization. No returned goods will be accepted without a return authorization. The consumer then will handle the return of products to the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia no later than in following 10 working days. The Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia will return the sum paid by the consumer within 30 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. The Client must promptly provide banking coordinates for the reimbursement ( IBAN of the current account on the same name used for the invoice). The products return costs are paid by the Client. An essential condition for exercising the right of order cancellation is the integrity of the products to be returned. The shipping, until confirmation of reception in our warehouse, is under the customer responsibility; If the goods are damaged during shipping, the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia will inform the customer (within 5 working days after receiption of goods), in ordern to allowing him to file a complaint against the courier of his choice and to obtain refund of the value of the good (if insured); in this case the product will be available for its return, while cancelling the cancellation request; The Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; The right of order cancellation is lost at the moment when the essential conditions integrity of the goods (the packaging and / or its contents) is not respected.

Delivery Modalities And Shipping costs

The Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia can accept orders for delivery only in Italian territory. Livigno, Campione d'Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are excluded. For every placed order The Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia will issue an invoice and will send it to the address indicated during the registration process according to the Art 14 of D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the invoice issuing, the information provided by the Customer will be used. No change will be possible after the invoice issuance is completed . The delivery costs are paid by Tenuta Roccadia, except any additional Transportation Charges, comunicated explicitly while the order placement. The customer will be use the payment method chosen while the order placement. After the payment is completed, nothing more is charged on the Client. The product availability on sale may be limited by its availability in our warehousethat is necessary condition for the offer  validity. In case the product is not available,even temporarily, the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia has the right to decline the purchase request of the customer through formal communication by e-mail, in which may also be indicated a list of alternative products if available. Unless the customer requests to purchase an  alternative product, the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia will refund the sum already paid by the Client within 30 days from the date when the order was transmitted. The required products will be delivered as fast as possible, usually within 5 working days. The Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia will respect the maximum delivery time of no more than 30 days, except in cases of force majeure. The maximum delivery time is calculated from the day when the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia received the payment. If a good delivery exceeds 30 days, the Client will be informed about the expected delivery date. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is considered to the ground floor level. The customer, upon delivery of the goods by the courier, is required to control:  that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document,  that the packaging is not damaged or wet or anyhow altered , including the sealing materials (adhesive tape, etc.). Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately notified, requiring a WRITTEN REPORT OF INSPECTION on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the document of the courier, the customer can not oppose any objection about the delivered product appearance. Any problems concerning integrity, correspondence or completeness of the received products must be reported within 8 days from delivery via email This email address is being protected from spambots. If goods remain stored at the warehouses within 5 working days because of a repeated impossibility to deliver goods to the address indicated by the Client, the order will automatically be canceled; in that case the Agritourism Tenuta Roccadia will refund the amount paid, less expenses for attempted and failed shipping.



By choosing this option you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. IMPORTANT: currently only payments from Italian PayPal-verified account are accepted. In case of payment on delivery, an additional fee explicitly indicated at the moment of selecting the payment method, will be added to the to the total amount. The payment can be made only in one of the following ways:

-  cash, only up to amounts of € 999.99 (according to DL 201/2011, art. 12);

-  cashier’s chequepayable to "SDA".
