With a typical Sicilian taste and its citrus groves, orange blossom honey collects the scents of orange and lemon flowers present in the Santo Stefano Quisquina area.

The taste is characteristic and delicate and the smell it is typical of the original flowers, fresh and penetrating, with a color tending towards light.

An excellent ally of winter for its beneficial, relaxing and purifying properties, it is also suitable for a summer breakfast thanks to its flavor with character but not too intense.

Produced in the heart of the Sicani Mountains by their own bees raised in hives, in wooden and wax frames, treated only with non-toxic paints.

Cold worked and extracted by centrifugal force, it is a food made up of simple and natural sugars such as fructose and glucose.

It can crystallize in the presence of low temperatures and becomes liquid again by heating the jar in a bain-marie at a temperature not exceeding 40°C. It is good to remember that crystallization is a natural process that affects honey and demonstrates its genuineness as it is not subjected to industrial processing.
